I cannot request a Legality Assessment for my supplier or producer
Important: Legality Assessments run automatically — you do not need to request them manually.
The system automatically assesses your producer's country and industry risk using EUDR Perspective data, based on the producer information provided through the Product Origin Requests.
The assessment requires producer information: name, postal address (optional), country.
A legality score of 40 or above means the legality assessment of your producer is negligible.
A score below 40 will block DDS generation until it is addressed. You need to conduct risk mitigation measures in order to derisk it.
If you see "Non-negligible Legality Score" blocking your DDS, the automatic assessment found the score below the required threshold.
Make sure the required producer information has been provided through the Product Origin Request by your supplier.
