I cannot request a Legality Assessment for my supplier or producer
Important: Legality Assessments run automatically — you do not need to request them manually.
The system automatically assesses your producer's country and industry risk using EUDR Perspective data, based on the producer information provided through your Product Origin Requests.
The assessment requires complete producer details: name, postal address, and email address.
A legality score of 40 or above means your product is compliant.
A score below 40 will block DDS generation until it is addressed.
If you see "Non-negligible Legality Score" blocking your DDS, the automatic assessment found the score below the required threshold.
Make sure all required producer information has been provided through your Product Origin Requests — this is what triggers the automatic legality assessment.
