I cannot change the deadline for a Product Origin Request
The deadline cannot be changed once the request has been sent to your supplier. To update it:
Cancel the existing origin request.
Re-submit the request with the correct deadline.

I cannot see the origin information provided by my supplier
Step 1: In the Product tab, locate the "Origin" column and open the dropdown menu to view the origins your supplier has provided.
For a more detailed view, click the "Edit Origin" button.
Step 2: If your supplier submitted a Supplier DDS, the related origins are linked to that DDS. In the Inbound tab, find the "Supplier DDS" column and click on the DDS to open an overview of all submitted Supplier DDSs.
Click the "View Supplier DDS" button (eye icon) to see the associated origins.
I cannot request an advanced Deforestation check
A basic deforestation check must have been completed first and returned a "non-negligible risk" result. Advanced checks are only available after the basic check detects potential deforestation. If the basic check shows negligible risk, your product is already considered deforestation-free — no advanced check is needed.
Step 1: Check whether you have remaining advanced checks in your contract. Hover over the "Request Advanced Check" field to see your available quantity. Advanced checks are an additional cost with a limited quantity.
Step 2: Make sure at least one origin has been added to your product. An origin is required before any deforestation check can be run.
