I cannot see the Product tab
Step 1: Verify that your user account has the "EUDR Access" role assigned. If you are unsure, ask your organization's administrator to confirm.
Step 2: Check that you are logged in to the correct Organisation via the Profile Settings section. If you have access to more than one organization, you can switch between them — make sure you are in the right one to see the Product tab.
I cannot see any products in the Product tab
Step 1: Make sure your user account has been assigned to a Team. Products are only visible to users who belong to a team.
Step 2: Confirm that the relevant Product Groups have been assigned to your team. Without this, no products will appear. Please reach out to your administrator in Prewave.
Step 3: Check whether any products have been uploaded yet. If your organization is new to the EUDR solution, products may not have been uploaded to the platform yet. Please reach out to your administrator in Prewave.
Step 4: Verify that you are logged in to the correct Organization via your Profile Settings section.
I can see products that are not sourced by my organization
Step 1: Check the filters applied in the Product tab. If your account has access to multiple product groups, use the product group filter to narrow the view to your relevant products.
Step 2: Review which Team your account is assigned to. If your team is linked to the wrong Product Group, products from other groups may appear. Contact your administrator to update your team assignment if necessary.
Step 3: Ask an administrator to review the Product Groups configuration and confirm that the correct products have been assigned to the correct product group.
I cannot filter by columns
Column headers allow sorting (ascending/descending) only — direct column filtering is not available from the header.
Open the Product tab.
Click "more filters" to access the advanced filtering options and apply the filters you need.
I deleted products but cannot restore them
Products cannot be restored after deletion. Please re-upload using one of the following methods:
Use the Product uploader to re-upload products in bulk.
Add the product again manually, one by one, directly in the platform.
I cannot export the full Product overview
The full product overview — including origins, deforestation and legality assessment scores and DDS references — cannot be exported directly from the Inbound tab.
Due Diligence Statements (DDSs): export directly from the DDS tab.
Legality assessment scores for producers: not available for export at this time.
