I cannot add a connection contact to my supplier
Step 1: Verify your user permissions. If you are on the Basic Tier 1 Plan, you need the "Action Access" and "Quota manager" roles in addition to your standard access. Contact your administrator if unsure.
Step 2: Check the supplier's validation status. Suppliers still under validation are visible but cannot be engaged with yet. Look for the status indicator next to the supplier name.
Step 3: Make sure the supplier is added to your Network as a Supplier. Open the supplier's profile under Network and, if not yet added, click "Add as Supplier".
I cannot delete a supplier from a Collection
Step 1: Confirm your access level for that collection. You need Creator, Manager, or Editor rights to remove a supplier.
Step 2: Select the supplier(s) in the collection and click the "Remove from collection" button that appears once one or more suppliers are selected.
I cannot permanently delete a supplier from my Network
Step 1: Confirm your roles. Only users with a Key User Plan or the Quota manager role can permanently delete suppliers.
Step 2: Open the supplier's profile and navigate to the "Data" section, then open the Supplier Information section. Then click "Edit" and remove the supplier's history.
Note: The supplier may still appear in your collections after these steps. Also remove the supplier from the collection and unfollow them under "My follows" to fully remove them.
I cannot see my suppliers in the Network tab
Step 1: Confirm that the supplier was added as a supplier for your organisation.
Step 2: Make sure you have at least one collection set up and that suppliers have been added to it. Add suppliers from their profile (click the arrow next to "Follow" and choose the relevant collection) or use bulk selection in the Network tab.
Step 3: Check that your user profile is assigned to the correct collection. If your company uses teams to manage collection access, you may not be assigned to the right team.
I cannot modify a supplier collection
Step 1: Check your access level for the collection. You need Manager or Editor rights to make changes. Contact your administrator if you need your access level updated.
