I cannot send a Supplier Maturity Assessment request to my supplier
Step 1: Check your supplier's validation status. The supplier must be fully validated before you can engage with them via Prewave. Validation is a prerequisite for sending assessment requests.
Step 2: Review your user roles. Key Users have full access to the Self Assessment tab. If you are a Basic User, you additionally need the "Action Access" role to send requests.
I cannot see my supplier's Supplier Maturity Assessment
If your supplier's maturity assessment is not visible, it is likely because they completed it for another customer first.
Prewave allows data sharing to reduce supplier workload — you need to request access to view an assessment completed for another customer.
Go to Actions > Self Assessment.
Filter by "EUDR: Supplier Maturity Assessment".
Look for suppliers with "Completed" status.
If you see a locked icon next to the assessment, click "View answers" and then "Request permission" to request access from the supplier.
Once the supplier approves your request, you will be able to download the detailed report.
Tip: You can also send reminders to suppliers who have not yet responded to your request.
