Review the list of recipients. You can assign multiple contacts per supplier using the dropdown menu. If a contact is missing, click Add Contact, enter the email address and select it from the dropdown once added.

💡f you are unable to add a contact despite multiple attempts, the supplier may not be validated yet. Please contact your dedicated CS/IM Manager to validate the supplier for engagement or [email protected].

After clicking Next, you can fine-tune your request. By choosing to let the responder always answer to the latest version you can ensure that they always see the most up-to-date questionnaire. Enable bi-weekly reminders to nudge suppliers every two weeks (up to two month total) until an answer is submitted.

Before you send out your request you can include a custom message that will appear in a grey-highlighted box within the supplier's email by clicking Add E-Mail Comment. You also have the option to to send yourself a copy or use the CC field option to keep stakeholders informed. Click Send.

💡When adding additional email addresses in CC, please ensure you press Enter after typing each address. The email address should appear within a square box. Otherwise, it will not be recognized, and the CC contact will not receive the request.
