The Supplier Maturity Assessment questionnaire is available for all EUDR customers and helps assess your supplier readiness to comply with the EUDR legislation.
All the supplier questionnaires are available under "Self Assessment" in the "Actions" section in the platform:

You have different statuses available linked to the supplier assessment questionnaire that you have sent out:
Not received
Requested
Outdated
In Progress
Completed (Good response or Critical response)
You can request access to the Supplier Assessment that have been submitted already therefore completed.
Scenarios:
In case the supplier answers the questionnaire as a consequence of your request, you automatically have access to the answers in the assessment.
If the supplier answered the assessment prior to your request, the assessment answers will not be available for you and you will have to request access.
How to check access rights of an assessment
To check your rights or to send access request, go to the "Self Assessment" and select the EUDR Supplier Maturity Assessment. You can filter as well by collection.
You will find a list of suppliers with the respective status of the Supplier Maturity assessment and with a hint of whether the assessment is available to you or if you need to send a request.
If the assessment and its answers are available to you, you will see an unlocked sign under the assessment.
How to request access to an assessment
To request access to an existing assessment and view its answers, click on View answers. Then select Request permission and confirm.
The request will appear as Access requested in the overview:
You can also send a reminder by clicking on "Send reminder" to the Supplier contact person.
