How to Complete Your Self-Assessment
To get started, navigate to the Self-Assessment tab within your profile
and select Own Answers. To quickly find the relevant questionnaire, use the category filter, select EUDR and click Apply. This will display only the EUDR Supplier Maturity Assessment.
To provide a new response for the SMA, simply click the Submit Answer button. Fill out the mandatory information and click Complete once you have answered all questions.
Resetting or Pausing Your Progress
If you have previously filled out data but wish to start over with a blank questionnaire, click Reset Page. Please note that this will clear all currently entered information on that page.
If you are not ready to finish, click Cancel. Your pre-filled progress will be saved automatically, allowing you to return and continue exactly where you left off at a later time.
Monitoring Your Results
You can track the status of your assessment directly on the platform. The system will indicate whether your response is:
In Progress: You have started but not yet submitted.
Good / Critical: Once submitted, the system provides immediate feedback on the result of your responses.
Outdated: If the answer is older than a year it will get automatically outdated and a new answer needs to be submitted.
