EUDR: How to Use Filters in the EUDR Module

In this article, you will learn how to use Prewave's comprehensive filtering system to streamline your EUDR compliance workflow.

Updated yesterday

To maintain a clear overview of your supply chain, the EUDR table provides multiple filtering options. You can filter information directly by column, or click on More Filters to access advanced search criteria. Using these filters effectively allows you to focus on high-priority tasks, identify compliance gaps, and manage your workload with precision.

Filter Options

Description & Use Case

Suppliers, Products or Origins

Search by Supplier Name, Supplier Reference, Product Name, or Product Reference. You can also filter by the Producer Name to identify where a product was sourced.

Groups

If you are assigned to multiple product groups, use this to narrow your view to a specific group, hiding irrelevant data. You need to be assigned to the product group in order to see it within this filtering option.

Origin Request Status

Use the "In" operator to find products with a specific status, or "Not In" to exclude them. You can select multiple statuses (requested, delayed, rejected, canceled, answered) at once to track the progress of your requests.

Supplier DDS

Filter by Available (DDS received) or Not Available (DDS pending) to quickly see which suppliers have yet to share their Due Diligence Statements.

DDS Status

Narrow down your list based on the compliance status of the product or the status of the DDS as recorded in TRACES (Blocked, Allowed, Waiting for Origins, Draft, Available, Submitted, Submitting, Submission Error).

EUDR Scope

Categorize your view by Import, Export, or EU-sourced products. It is helpful to focus on higher priority products first.

Origin Status

Filter by Active (at least one origin received) or Missing (no plot data received yet). Missing indicates you lack the origin information needed for compliance, not that a supplier has not responded yet.

Product Creation Date

Filter by the date products were uploaded to Prewave. This is particularly useful for identifying and managing products from a specific batch upload.

EU Benchmark

Filter products based on the risk level benchmark published by the EU Commission: Low, Standard, or High Risk. Depending on the benchmark different compliance steps need to be taken into consideration.

Legality Assessment

Filter by whether an assessment is Required or Optional, or by the result (Negligible vs. Non-Negligible). This helps you quickly find products requiring risk mitigation.

DF Assessment

Similar to the Legality Assessment, filter for Negligible (no deforestation detected) or Non-Negligible (deforestation detected). This allows you to identify where to request advanced checks to rule out false positives.
