Screenings can only be requested by Key Users or Quota Managers.
When you request screening for a target, you are requesting to see a historic alert score of that specific company. This gives you the ability to have a more holistic overview of the past alerts as well as the current ones.
Disclaimer: You have a limited amount of screenings available per contract and can see this amount within your contract or request further information from your Consultant or Account Executive. You can always increase the available number of screenings by ordering more from your dedicated Prewave team.
How to request a screening via the platform
Single screening request via target profile
You can request a screening directly from a supplier target profile by either selecting it in the 360° Scorecard tab or by clicking on “More” and then selecting “Screen Target History”.
Bulk screening requests via Analysis tab
You can also request screenings in bulk within the Analysis tab. You have to start a risk analysis and once you arrive in the “Tier-1 Supplier” section, you need to select all suppliers you want to add to the analysis. Once added, the category “Screening required” will show all targets that have not been screened yet. You can then navigate to this category and select all targets in bulk and click on the “Request Screening” button.
Bulk screening requests via CSM
You can always reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager at Prewave and ask them to request the screenings for you. They will handle your request internally and would need the information within the Discovery Template. Within this process, you will also receive two email notifications. One, when the screening has been requested and one, when the request has been completed.
