Prewave sends you automatic notifications for certain actions you can take within the platform. Most of those notifications are automatically generated by the system but you can set your own delivery settings for your alerts within the network tab.

Alerts

You can navigate to the network tab and select a collection from “My collections” from which you want to see the alerts from. You can find more information about collections and what they do here. Once you have selected a collection you can see “Delivery Settings” on the right hand side.

Here you can choose for the alerts to be shown on the Feed tab within the Prewave platform or to receive an email notification. This notification can either be realtime, a daily summary or a weekly summary of all alerts from your current collection.

Discovery Requests

Within Prewave, you have the ability to add new suppliers to the system by either adding a new target or uploading suppliers in bulk. This process is internally referred to as the discovery process and you will receive two email notifications as part of this process: one, when the request was created and another one, when there is an update to your request.

Screening Requests

Screening requests are necessary in order to receive the Alert Score which gives you a more holistic view of a supplier's profile. You can request a screening directly from a supplier target profile by either selecting it in the 360° Scorecard tab or by clicking on “More” and then selecting “Screen Target History”.

You can also request screenings in bulk within the Analysis tab. You have to start a risk analysis and once you arrive in the “Tier-1 Supplier” section, you need to select all suppliers you want to add to the analysis. Once added, the category “Screening required” will show all targets that have not been screened yet. You can then navigate to this category and select all targets in bul an click on the “Request Screening” button.

Within this process, you will also receive two email notifications. One, when the Screening has been requested and one, when the request has been completed.

Supplier Self assessment (SSA)

Supplier Self assessments are questionnaires that can be filled out by yourself as well as your suppliers. Those can be directly sent via the platform. An email notification will be sent to your supplier, to fill out a questionnaire and you will receive an email notification once the questionnaire has been answered.

Users can request to join your company which will trigger an email notification being sent to you. Once you have approved the request, the requester will receive an email notification about the request being approved. If you’re a “Key User” or “User Manager” and you want to invite a user to the platform, you can do so by following this article.
