  • Log In: You'll receive your login details via email or your company might use Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • If you got an email, click the link to set your password.

  • Profile Settings: Update your personal details (name, position, department) and choose your preferred perspective (e.g., LKSG, CSDDD, Disruption).

  • Collections: These are groups of suppliers. In the 'Network' tab, you can choose which supplier collections you want to follow.

  • My Collections: These are collections you actively follow and that are enabled to receive alerts on the suppliers.

  • Company Collections: All other collections your company uses. You can add these to 'My Collections' if needed.

  • Delivery Settings: For each collection, you can set how you receive alerts: on your 'Feed' or via 'Email' (Realtime, Dail or Weekly summaries).

3. Navigating the Feed (Your Main Dashboard)

  • Overview: This is where all identified risks (alerts) for your suppliers are displayed.

  • Filtering: Use the options on the left to customize what you see (e.g., by Alert Priority, Event Group, Collection or Timeframe).

  • Alerts: Each alert is a summary of a news/social media report related to a supplier.

  • Alert Priority: Alerts have 4 priorities (Low, Mid, High, Critical/Red Flag). Critical (Red Flag) alerts indicate the most severe risks.

  • Taking Action: From an alert, you can click 'Create Incident' to track it in your 'Incident Watchlist' and assign it to colleagues or teams for a follow-up.

  • Dashboards (Right Side): Quick overviews of risky suppliers, 'Top Affected' suppliers and your 'Watchlist' actions.

  • Sites: View all of a supplier's locations on a map.

  • Assessments: Access supplier questionnaires. You can also send out new self-assessments (recommended via a collection).

  • Actions: View and manage actions planned for a supplier.

  • Suppliers (Tier-N): See identified supply chains. You can filter by Tier-1 or remove the filter to see deeper tiers (Tier-N). This uses Bill of Lading (BOL) data and Prewave Predictions.

  • Certificates: View or upload supplier certificates.

  • Data: Configure metadata for suppliers (e.g., spend volume, supplier ID).

  • Site Group: The main company (e.g., Volkswagen, connecting all its factories).

  • Site: A specific location or factory of a supplier.

  • Target: Any entity (supplier factory, mine, office, border-crossing) with a specified location.

  • Action Priority: A score (based on Impact and 360° Score) indicating how urgently action is needed.

  • Impact: Your influence on a supplier, calculated by comparing your spend volume to their revenue (Sustainability use case)

  • Alerts: Media reports analyzed by Prewave, with attached info tags like company, location and event type.

  • Red Flag/Critical: The highest alert priority (4 red dots) for the most severe risks.
