Plans at a Glance

Prewave offers two main risk management packages, available at different supply‑chain depth levels:

  • 🔵 Basic – Core risk monitoring with Monitoring Access, Feed alerts, and supplier scoring. Available as Monitoring, Basic Tier‑1 Risk Management, and Basic Tier‑N Risk Management.

  • 🔴 Key – Full risk management with Monitoring, Scoring and Action Access, including self‑assessments, action planning, user & team management, and access to the Analysis tab. Available as Key User Tier‑1 Risk Management and Key User Tier‑N Risk Management.

💡Good to know:

While your subscription plan directly determines the standard set of roles available for your organization, certain roles can be assigned and managed by your own User Managers or Key Users (for example, user administration or team management roles). In addition, there are technical and internal roles that are managed by Prewave only. These internal roles are used to enable specific features, integrations, or pilot programs and are not exposed in your self-service role management.

💡Good to know:
Each plan already includes a default set of roles that grant access to the core features in Prewave. On top of this, you can assign additional roles such as Action Access, Sanctions Access, Commodity Access or Tier‑N Access to specific users to tailor access to your organisation’s needs. Some of these roles are paid add‑ons (for example Sanctions Access, Commodity Access, Supply Chain / Tier‑N Access or Action Platform Access), so “enriching” your standard plan typically means enabling these additional capabilities and then assigning the corresponding roles to the right users. You can find more details about the different roles that can be enabled in the Customer Managed Roles sections below.
