EUDR: Product Settings for Admins

This article explains the configuration options available to EUDR Customer Admins.

Users assigned the EUDR Customer Admin role have access to specialized settings that control certain automatizations for the EUDR environment of your company.

Product Settings

The following configurations are accessible directly within your product settings menu.

Deforestation Check Automation

Activating this ensures the system automatically runs a basic deforestation check on incoming plot data as soon as it is available. You can choose whether you want to enable for newly products only or for existing ones as well.

Show all products to the related supplier

When enabled, all of your products you source from this supplier will be shown in the supplier portal (product origin request).

Auto-group linked products

When enabled, adding any inbound or outbound product to a group will automatically include all its associated inbound or outbound products to that group.

Enable groups

This is the master setting for the grouping feature. Activating this allows your organization to categorize products into specific segments for better management. If this setting is not enabled, everyone with EUDR access can see all of the products that were uploaded in the system.
