Users assigned the EUDR Customer Admin role have access to specialized settings that control certain automatizations for the EUDR environment of your company.
General Settings
The following configurations are accessible directly within your product settings menu, on the General tab.
Setting | Description |
Supplier Management | When enabled, all of your products you source from this supplier will be shown in the supplier portal (product origin request). |
Product Group Management Auto-group linked products | When enabled, adding any inbound or outbound product to a group will automatically include all its associated inbound or outbound products to that group. |
Product Group Management Enable groups | This is the master setting for the grouping feature. Activating this allows your organization to categorize products into specific segments for better management. If this setting is not enabled, everyone with EUDR access can see all of the products that were uploaded in the system. |
Deforestation Assessment Settings
The following configurations control how deforestation checks run in your environment. You can find them on the Deforestation Assessment tab of your product settings menu.
Setting | Description |
Deforestation Check Automation | Activating this ensures the system automatically runs a basic deforestation check on incoming plot data as soon as it is available. You can choose whether you want to enable it for new products only or for existing ones as well. |
Quota | Shows how many deforestation checks are still available in your environment. The quota is visible to everyone who can access the settings tab. |
Versions | If some deforestation checks ran on an older version and a newer version is available, you can upgrade them to the latest version by clicking the upgrade button. If none of your checks need an update, the page shows the message "No deforestation checks are eligible for upgrade to the latest release". |
