Key User: Tier-1 Risk Management

Yes. Customer needs to chose between "Basic Tier 1" and "Key User - Tier 1" plans

This plan includes the rights grated via the Basic: Tier-1 Risk Management plan.
In addition to that, users with the Key User role are granted access to Key User capabilities (Action Access + User Management + Quota Manager + Own Business Manager + Risk Manager - see below)
Please be aware that with this role, users are allowed to change between organizations within the same customer account.

General Access to the "Products" tab.

With this role, Users can add new products, send product origin requests, request deforestation checks and create Due Diligence Statements.

EUDR Customer Admin

Yes. Customers can choose to add this role to enrich the "EUDR Access" role

This role allows users to manage settings under the "Product" tab.

Users with this role can manage Product settings (automatic deforestation checks, enable groups, auto-group products), have full rights access to the tab "Product Groups", can export DDS reports under the DDS Tab.

Important: Access to the "Product" tab is granted only via the "EUDR Access" role.

Action Access

This role is included in "Key User: Tier 1" plan.
This role can be added to enrich the "Basic: Tier 1" plan

Gives Access to the "Actions" section (full rights).

User can execute all available action items (send out of Supplier Maturity Assessment and Producer questionnaires)

User can add Supplier connection contacts.

Own Business Manager

This role is included in "Key User: Tier 1" plan.
This role can be added to enrich the "Basic: Tier 1" plan

Gives access to the configurations for the own business area (Filling out Self Assessments for the own business area, update the disruption status, add certificates, Grievance Reports, fill out statement requests)

Quota Manager

This role is included in "Key User: Tier 1" plan.
This role can be added to enrich the "Basic: Tier 1" plan

Gives Access to target and screening requests.

Can manage customer connections.

Add/Remove suppliers/customers. Add connection contacts.

Risk Manager

This role is included in "Key User: Tier 1" plan.
This role can be added to enrich the "Basic: Tier 1" plan

Gives Access to all risk management functions (Action Access included, access to the new risk analysis, update supplier data)

Team Manager

This role is included in "Key User: Tier 1" plan.
This role can be added to enrich the "Basic: Tier 1" plan

Can manage teams and their members.

User Manager

This role is included in "Key User: Tier 1" plan.
This role can be added to enrich the "Basic: Tier 1" plan

Can manage users in the organisation.
