Report via the platform
Clicking on the 3 dots on the right corner of the alert will enable the user to report an alert.
After selecting the button “🚩Report”, a window will pop up where the user can choose a report reason and provide a comment about the problem. By clicking on “Send” the user will send a request to our internal teams for investigation.
Report via the chatbot
Instead of reporting an alert via the “🚩Report” button directly accessible at the alert, you can also report wrong information via our chatbot . Navigate to Wavie, our in-app chatbot, by clicking on the Prewave logo in the bottom right corner of the platform.
This will open a chat conversation where you will be presented with choice-based interactions. As a first step, select “Alert related issue”.
Next, you can select “Alert Problem”.
This selection will start a 3-step process. The chatbot will guide you through each step separately.
Once you've provided all the information, your request will be forwarded to our team and you'll receive live feedback and updates on your ticket in that same chat with Wavie.

Report a missing/not existing Alert
It may happen that the AI misses to create a certain alert due to different reasons. Any user can report such a missing alert for a manual review.
Via the chatbot
In case you are unable to find an alert for a known event, navigate to Wavie and start a conversation. The beginning of your conversation is the same, as above. Please first select “Alert related issue”. Next, you will need to choose the “Alert missed” option.
As a next step, the chatbot will ask for an event description in the “What did we miss?” field. Once this is done, a second field, “Source” will appear. Here you can enter a source link to an article describing the event.
