To change or reset your password in Prewave, simply navigate to the profile settings (via your user name on the top right corner) and click on the "Change Password" option.

This will open the following tab for you, where you can set up a new password for your account:

If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, simply click "Forgot password?" at the bottom right of the screen at the log-in page.

You will receive an email sent to your account where you need to click on the “Reset Password” button in order to set-up a new password.

Alternatively, you can request a new password by visiting this link and entering your email address.
