All Due Diligence Statements (DDS) can be found bundled in the DDS Tag.
To access this tab, please select the "Product" tab and select the "DDS" tab.
Under the DDS tab you can find:
All Due Diligence Statements created by your company
All Due Diligence Statements provided by your suppliers
All DDS drafts (not submitted yet)
In the different columns you can see different DDS information as entered in the DDS itself.
How to export Due Diligence Statements
You can export the full DDS list to Excel directly in the DDS tab by clicking on "Export". The full list will be downloaded on your computer.
How to filter the Due Diligence Statements
In this tab you can filter based on:
DDS status
DDS reference number (if you want to look for a specific DDS)
time frame of DDS creation
Activity type
Product name
The results will show accordingly on the Prewave platform.
