✏️ Please note that deleting products is a restricted administrative action. Only users with the role EUDR Customer Admin assigned can perform these steps.
How it Works
There are two ways to remove products: Manual Multi-selection or Date Filtering. Using these methods, you can clean up your product list in just a few clicks.
Manual Multi-selection
This method is best if you need to remove specific individual products from your environment.
1. Navigate to the Product Tab and tick the checkboxes next to the specific products you wish to remove.
2. Click the Delete products button.
3. Confirm the action by clicking Remove.
Filter by Creation Date
This is the most efficient method if you made a mistake during a recent upload and want to delete everything from that specific batch.
Go to the Product Tab and locate the Creation Date filter.
2. Select the specific date on which the products were uploaded.
3. The table will now only show products created on that specific day.
4. Use the "Select All" checkbox at the top of the list to highlight every product from that date. Click on Delete products.
5. A confirmation dialog will appear, click Remove to finalize the deletion.
⚠️ Please be aware that clicking Remove is a final action. Once products are deleted, they are removed from your environment immediately. Ensure you have verified your selection or date range before confirming.
