As you use Prewave there will be regular points of contact with your supplier base. This might be in the form of a statement request, sending an assessment or undertaking a preventive action. The effectiveness of these actions increases drastically when the supplier is already using Prewave and has established themselves within our system.
For this reason we recommend inviting your suppliers to Prewave before sending them an action. This means you already have engaged, active users at your supplier(s) that will be ready when you choose to establish contact with them.

enriched with up-to-date information,
have a range of Assessments and certificates already present and
an engaged user ready to respond to statement requests.
