At Prewave we offer the ability to implement your own custom assessment into our system. This means you can reduce manual labour on your side, and at the click of a button send your own assessment to any supplier in your supplier base via Prewave.

This feature is a paid add-on. If it's not included in your contract just yet, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Consultant or Account Executive.

Types of Custom Assessments

Custom Assessment Standard

  • Custom assessment based on Customer question set.

    • Limited to up to 20 questions.

  • Answers are not integrated into the 360 Score.

  • Implemented in 2 languages.

Custom Assessment Premium

  • Custom assessment based on Customer question set.

    • Limited to up to 20 questions.

  • Answers are integrated into the 360 Score.

  • Implemented in 2 languages.

Advantages of the Custom Assessments

  • Centralise your supplier outreach activities into an easy, smart interface in Prewave

  • Track and monitor responses and results as they come in

  • Have the scoring enter into the supplier’s Prewave profile, in a way that makes most sense to you

  • Quickly localise your assessment to remove the language barrier for international suppliers

  • Reduce survey fatigue by having your supplier outreach and assessments requirements in one platform

How does it work?

  1. We will share a template with you:

    1. Here you can add your questions and descriptions

      1. Boolean

      2. Full-text

      3. Multiple choice

      4. Panels

      5. Star ratings

      6. etc.

    2. Nominate how they should behave

      1. conditional logic based on response for example

  2. If you have purchased a Custom Assessment Premium, where the answers are integrated into the 360 Score, we will discuss with you:

    1. How the scoring will flow into the 360° score

    2. What event types we will use to model the scoring

    3. How severe each question should impact the scoring

  3. We will then build the assessment in our system and show you how you can use it. If you have feedback or require small changes, our team will support you in this

  4. Suppliers receive a request email with a link to access the assessment. This can also be customised to offer your valued partners the best experience possible

  5. Once the assessment is online, we conduct a feedback round after a few weeks to make sure everything works as expected

Timeline: depending on the complexity of the question set and scoring (where applicable), we usually deliver a first version of the assessment for testing within 2 weeks.

Data confidentiality

Prewave is TISAX and ISO 27001 certified, and we take data confidentiality very seriously. Suppliers will be required to quickly register and confirm our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions when accessing the assessment.
