How to answer Supplier Self-Assessments (SSAs) sent by your customer

Answering Self-Assessments sent to you by your customer is an important way to communicate various sustainability and operational factors happening at your company.

Your customer will use Prewave to define which type of Self Assessment they want to send you. This could be a single one, or various. The requests will reach you via email and are free and quick to fill out.

A step-by-step guide on on filling out an SSA sent to you by a Customer

You will have been nominated by your customer as the relevant contact person at your company for this. If you are not the right person, you can forward this information to a colleague.

Firstly, you will receive an email from [email protected] that is sent on behalf of your customer via our platform. This will include the name of the Self Assessment, the name of your customer and information on the Assessment.

Click on Complete Assessment to start the process

Once you are in the Prewave Interface, you will be asked to register or login.

Once you register, you will be asked to confirm your email. Head back to your inbox and confirm to be sent back into the Prewave interface to start the Assessment

Remember, you can contact us directly by chatting with us at the bottom right of your screen, or by emailing [email protected] and we can help you as fast as possible

Once in the Assessment Interface, you can change languages with the selector at the top right

Feel free then to start filling out the Assessment. Your customer will be notified at this point that the Assessment is "In Progress"

Once complete, press the Check & Send button

We will then give you a final note that your Assessment will be sent. Click Send to finalise this process.

You will then receive an email of successful completion, where you can visit your own Sustainability Profile in Prewave. Find out more on how Prewave supports you as a supplier here
