📖 Reference · For users who need to know which datasets the deforestation check methodology is built on, per methodology version.
This article lists the datasets Satelligence uses to build its forest baseline (in Version 2 called the Harmonized Nature and Commodity Baseline), for each version of the deforestation check methodology. Version 2 is the current version. The open datasets used by the Version 1 basic check and by the Version 2 change detection in lower-risk areas are described in the methodology article, not listed here. Dataset names are the providers' own titles.
Labels in the Version 2 table:

🔄 UPDATED: the dataset was already used in Version 1 and now has more complete or more recent data.
No label: unchanged since Version 1.
