When starting new at Prewave you need to make sure to populate your Feed with information. This information comes from the suppliers you have uploaded into the system. In order to set everything up, you need to go to the “Network” tab.
Here you can find our so-called “Collections”. Collections can be viewed as a folder system in which you can group suppliers together. You can read more about collections here. Collections can be created on a company level or on a personal level but in order to adjust delivery settings, which are the essence for information to be populated in the feed area, the collection needs to be added to your “My Collections” area.
As soon as a collection is under “My collection” you can select it and adjust the delivery settings on the right hand side. Here you can decide if you want information to be displayed on your feed by setting the check mark in the box. You can also decide if you want to receive email notifications or not.
After you have activated the Feed delivery settings for all collections you want to see information for you can go back to the feed page and alerts will start to pull in.
