This Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Integration has been created using standard Prewave processes for system integrations. The following article details what a D&B integration looks like and where users can find the data. The examples in the screenshots below require the “access_external_monitoring” and “access_dnb” permissions. Please speak with a Prewave team member if this is something you are interested in.

Where can you access D&B data on Prewave if you have an integration?

Opt 1: the 360’ Scorecard per each target

  • The first thing a user will see is D&B Status which shows if a Supplier is Solvent or Insolvent.

  • In Prewave, only one D&B score will be displayed here under the 360’ Scorecard which is dependent on the customer license.

    • Ideally it would be D&B Overall Score

    • If this is not available, D&B Rating will be used

  • These scores is based on the following:

    • 🟢Very Low Risk → >80

    • 🟩Low Risk → 61-80

    • 🟠Medium Risk → 41-60

    • 🟥High Risk → 21-40

    • 🔴Critical Risk → <20

Opt 2: via the Data tab per each target

On this Data Tab you can access additional D&B information.

KPIs

The major KPIs that make up the D&B scores displayed on the 360’ Scorecard are shown here.

Depending on your license, it will impact the scores that are shown here. The following are the licenses required for specific scores we include as default.

Reports

  • D&B does not have their Reports exposed via API yet. The timeline shared was 2025. When this is available, Prewave will enable this and communicate to present customers.

Opt 3: KPI Alerts

  • Alerts are sent via email with information about the D&B score change that triggered the Alert.

  • All Prewave emails sends can be authenticated through DomainKeys Identified Mail and DMARC. This means that receivers can authenticate the mails coming from the Prewave server using DNS calls.

  • Alerts where there is a license in place for the default scores. The suggested default is as follows but as a customer wishes/needs, these can be configured:
